AMBER NEUBAUER, M.S., CCC-SLP AND ETS CEO
Founder & Speech-Language Pathologist
Amber founded Essential Therapy Solutions with a clear vision: to bring integrity, flexibility, and a people-first approach to pediatric therapy. After earning her Master’s in Clinical Speech Pathology from Northern Arizona University, she began her career in schools before discovering her passion for home health—a setting where she knew she was meant to be.
In 2007, Amber launched ETS, determined to create a company that was different from large corporate providers—anchored in compassion, therapist autonomy, and genuine respect for children and their families. By 2014, she shifted her full focus to leading ETS, guiding its growth across Arizona while staying connected to her clinical roots by stepping in to support when needed.
Today, Amber continues to lead with purpose, shaping a statewide team that shares her values and dedication to meaningful progress. Outside of work, she loves to travel, explore new places, and spend time with her niece and nephew whenever possible.
